Tina Marcouillier

My name is Tina Marcouillier. I am an Ideal Protein coach and a personal trainer with fitness nutrition. My journey has taken 14 years to figure out. I weighed 245 lbs. at my heaviest and through first hand experience consider myself an expert on many different diets. I have been where you are and I am here to coach and encourage you.


The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
